Yes, we have white sugar in our Sweet Heat and Sweet Garlic pickles.

Since pickling uses vinegar (acid), garlic often turns blue-green in pickles. This is common and safe to eat.

Occasionally, a light sugar froth may appear floating in the jar. This is normal and does not affect quality or taste.
